as a voice bulletin-board. This bulletin-board
can provide verbal information or instructions around
the clock. Detailed call reports can track call
activity and records the callers telephone numbers for
later delivery to email or fax.

RotationPlus, also known as uniform call distribution
(UCD), is an enhanced service that allow a company or
group to advertise one phone number but equally
distribute responses. Callers are
distributed to employees, associates, or members on a
'round-robin' basis, equally and fairly. When
messages are taken, users may store, forward, retrieve and erase the messages.
Messages can be retrieved
by telephone or can be delivered to your
email.

Multi-topic Plus
Multi-topic Plus, also known as multi-topic
information hotline, is an enhanced service that can
be the most productive and affordable way to make a
variety of information available to your callers. This
is a flexible system that will handle an unlimited
number of items and allow you to modify the
information at your leisure. After your hotline is
configured, you can track the activity on your hotline
because the system will automatically fax you detailed
reports of call activity on a daily, weekly, or
monthly basis.
