On the first of the month, after the free trial month, we'll bill you for the setup fee, the next month of service, and any pro-rata amount due from the previous billing cycle.  For example if you sign up on the 15th of January then you won't be billed for 6 weeks until March 1 (on the first day of the month after your free month).  On March 1 you will charged for the $15.00 one-time setup fee, the monthly service fee for March, and a pro-rata service fee for the period from February 15 through February 28.   You won't be charged for the free trial period from January 15 (the day of sign-up) to February 14.

Cancel your service at any time during your first month and you will never be charged.  After the first month you can cancel at any time.  Our standard service terms are month-to-month, without contracts.
