Summary
Extended ConnectPlus
allows you to stay in constant contact,
wherever you are. Callers are greeted with a main menu box and three (3) individual
"extensions" that can each
transfer calls to multiple numbers in a
simultaneous or cascaded fashion. If a
call transfer cannot be completed, the
caller is returned to voicemail where greetings can be given out and messages taken when the end-user is not available or chooses not to answer the telephone. The main box, also known as the "what to do" box, acts as a menu for one-digit access to the other mailboxes.
Users may store, forward, retrieve and erase the messages.
Messages can be retrieved
by telephone or can be delivered to your
email. Faxes to this number can be
automatically detected and received
transparently. |
